In high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis system, if the mobile phase of the carried sample containing bubbles, abnormal peak will  appear .Seriously affect the detection precision of the detector.Although degassing of the mobile phase during pretreatment, but due to the need of mobile phase chemical properties and the analysis itself, when two mixed solution will produce bubbles.Online degasser can continuously  remove gases from liquid phase , eliminate the unstable factors of the mobile phase and lower the baseline drift and noise, thus eliminated interference to detect oxygen by the electric chemical , fluorescence and uv detection .

 Working Principle 
HDG series degassing instrument is using the principle of vacuum degassing.When the mobile phase in liquid pump driven by placed in a vacuum chamber to take off the trachea, tube inside and outside the general pressure makes the original mobile phase in the bubble molecules from continuous precipitation separation membrane.Length in the vacuum chamber to take off the trachea design can satisfy the requirement of the conventional traffic degassing.
