The pre-infusing distilled water and deionized water circulating in the equipment makes it especially suitable for electron microscope, X-ray apparatus, laser, mass spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, molecular pump, nuclear magnetic resonance, accelerator, vacuum coating facility, electron beam welding machine, ion spray painting, fatigue of material testing machine, high low temperature test box and other equipments ,facilities , as well as several Rotary Evaporators and Reaction Kettle working simultaneously in this warm area.
