Introduction
PRE-SE-40A automatic solid-phase extraction system can be fully automated complete SPE activation, sample loading, washing, eluting the whole process, the process is carried out using a syringe pump to take liquid and liquid injection, 10 channel switching valve can switch among many kinds of solvents. solvent injection plunger put the samples and solid into phase extraction column to elutriate, spiral screw track replaces the extraction column, the sample tube and collecting tube. Wherein when inject the liquid ,it uses a unique pressure seal technology which can effectively control the flow rate through the column. Conduct needle and syringe pump are imported, imported screw spiral track can accurately locate.
