Features
It is developed and application more than 15 years which is the first domestic-made X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy for automatic melting prototype. After a long market test and improve the technical performance and reliability to achieve the best domestic level.
Uses two or four head for medium-volume sample preparation. With a wide choice of forming method of sample, one time molding and pour molding can be freely selected. Can be added material and process observation during operating, auto input & output sample to operation more convenient and reduce baking to operator in sampling operation , it is the most flexible way of working, using the widest range, truly multi-functional automatic sample melting equipment compare to others.
Uses advanced design of furnace swing and sample holder spin simultaneously, ensure that sample melt vortex motion, to achieve the best uniformity and optimal discharge bubble effect in the shortest possible time.
Uses silicon carbide heating and S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple for temperature testing, LCD touch-screen + PLC + AI artificial intelligence control, new intelligent human-computer operating system has the features included failed self-test, easy to operate, reliable operation. parameters default design, making the operation more simple, secure, more automated, more accurate temperature control, a variety of materials with different melting temperatures can reach high quality fusion effect, with excellent analytical reproducibility to meet many industry analysts standards.
