Application
In the course of metallographic sample preparation, the pre-grinding of the sample is indispensable before polishing. The pre-grinding can promote the effect of sample preparation. GP-M-2 metallographic pre-grinding machine is designed on basis of suggestions and requirements from various users. The machine is equipped with handsome practical FRP casing and stainless steel standard parts, which greatly enhances its serviceability and makes it into an ideal pre-grinding machine of samples.
The working principle of GP-M-2 pre-grinding machine: the clean water flows into rotary abrasive disc via water pipe, the abrasive paper upon the water, under centrifugal force of rotary grinding disc, throws the water under the abrasive paper out of the abrasive disc and forms vacuum, barometric pressure presses on the abrasive disc tightly, and the pre-grinding begins; when the abrasive disc stops and the effect losses, the abrasive paper can be taken down at will.
