Product Description CIT16-10S Self-pyrophoric liquid classification tester is used to determine whether the liquid will burn when the liquid add onto inert gas and exposed to air, or whether will let filter become black or combustion when liquid contact with the air. It in line with the United Nations "on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Recommendations on Tests and Criteria Manual "33.3.1.5 Test N3: Test methods for pyrophoric liquid. Instrument consist by the test stand and control box, it can automatically determine whether a test substance burning and timing, it has RS232 interface to export test data to PC or storage. Product Features 1) Embedded processor, Windows CE operating system; 2) 8-inch LCD touch screen which can display the test status in real time; 3) With a filter paper carbon black automatic detection device; 4) With nanosecond light sensors detection module detects the light intensity changes; 6) During the test, the device will automatically alert the operator when biomass burning, or reach the unburned material after the test of time. 7) The testing process fully automated without human intervention, support parameter setting, data storage, viewing statements; 8) Equipped with temperature and humidity module, real-time monitoring of the test environment temperature & humidity, such as if ambient temperature and humidity are not suitable for the experiment, the system will automatically alert the user.
