Useage:

working principle:
The particle's scattering of light is used to estimate the particle size distribution of the measured particles based on the scattered light energy distribution. Through the integration and optimization of optical, mechanical, electronic, computer and other systems, has the advantages of good repeatability, wide dynamic measurement range, and simple and convenient operation.

Long focal length Fourier lens
The PA-TS-LWD laser particle size analyzer uses a Fourier lens with a longer focal length, which increases the distance from the measurement window to the plane of the photodetector (that is, the effective focal length), so that the photodetector can accurately detect a smaller scattering angle. The scattered light signal greatly enhances the instrument's ability to test large particles, and the instrument's upper measurement limit is 2000 μm.

Excellent decentralized system
Wet sample injection system: SCF-108 circulating sampler is equipped as standard. It adopts advanced circulating circuit design and high-power precision centrifugal pump. The stirring speed can reach 4,000 rpm. Built-in 100W ultrasonic probe with maximum power, the ultrasonic intensity is continuously adjustable. The standard 1000ml sample cell can be replaced according to customer needs.
Optional SCF-105B full-automatic cycle sampler, the particle size test operation except sample addition can be controlled automatically. The sampling cell is made of 316L stainless steel, equipped with a high-efficiency 50W bottom ultrasound and a precision stirring device with a speed of up to 4000 rpm, which are infinitely adjustable.
More wet injectors with different characteristics (such as micro, micro circulation, corrosion resistance, etc.) can be selected as required.
Dry sample injection system: The DPF-110 automatic dry sampler is equipped as standard. The dispersion pressure can be adjusted steplessly from 0.05 to 0.6 MPa. The triple adjustable blanking mechanism is designed to meet the requirements of various samples for the dispersion strength. Built-in dispersive pressure sensor and negative pressure sensor, the test window is fully closed, and has a negative pressure protection device, which can effectively prevent the window and the host from being polluted.
