Metallographic microscope can be use for metal quality inspection, metallurgical structure analysis of metal pieces after treatment, graphic quality inspection during the silicon lithography processand observation of fine structure of other reflective specimens. It can also be used to observe the surface structure of transparent specimens of certain reflectivity. 6XB-PC metallographic microscope with both transparent and reflective functions can be used as a metallurgical & biological microscope for observation of metal, silicon and other reflective surface structure of specimens.
