Performance Characteristics

The tester is applied to measuring the distillation ranges of oil products with high boiling points such as wax oil and lubricating oil, etc

The tester employs the foreign advanced PID self-tuning temperature regulating system with digital display and low deviation as ±0.2℃. The flask is heated by heat-preserve electric woven with adjustable heating speed.

The fixing hole seat of receiving device measuring cylinders can be moved and fixed for the convenience of installation and dismantlement of the flask and the receiving device measuring cylinder.

Lights are arranged in water bath to facilitate observing the recovery volume.

The blow valve is sensitive. Residual pressure fluctuation is very slight in the distillation course.

The surge flask is equipped in the negative pressure suction system to keep specimen or mercury from sucking into the vacuum pump.

Remarks: a vacuum pump should be equipped according to test requirement.
