Performance characteristics

* This instrument is suitable for measuring the oxidation stability of distillate fuel oil. It can be used for six samples at the same time.

* Floor-standing structure with four universal wheels on the bottom for easy movement.

*Adopt advanced PID parameters can automatically adjust the temperature control system, digital display temperature control, temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1 °C.

*The heating device is controlled by the two-way solid state relay controlled by the temperature control table at the same time to control the start and stop, which is more safe and reliable.

*There is an automatic water supply device on the side of the instrument. In addition to the conventional medium oil, the bath in the oxidation bath can also use more economical and convenient water as the bath liquid.

*The valve at the lower left of the instrument is connected to the stainless steel bath for easy maintenance of the bath and instrument maintenance.

* With a light-shielding device to ensure that the sample is protected from light during oxidation of the sample.

*Imported compressor low temperature circulating water system, the temperature of the condensing water for condensing of the sample during the automatic control experiment is within a certain range and can be artificially set (factory setting is 15 °C - 25 °C)

* Two-stage pressure reducing device and six-way gas flow meter, the oxygen flow can be independently controlled and stable.

* There are automatic timing and alarm functions.

* Equipped with a black box with an axial fan (for cooling samples) and a filter unit (for sample preparation and use during the experiment).
