Description
The world's leading dual wavelength ultraviolet oxidation technology, high precision and high sensitivity. high-performance CPU, touch screen intelligent control, with offline analysis and on-line analysis of optional features, user-friendly design, to replace the UV lamp and tubing without opening machine, simple operation. Conforms to "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" 2010 version of Appendix VIII R WPU TOC determination to meet the pharmacopoeia requirements for instruments: 1. TOC = TC-TIC, 2. system suitability test, 3. detection sensitivity (equal to or less than 0.05mg / L)
Work principle
The total organic components of the sample are catalyzed into Carbon Dioxide under the use of UV and Titanium dioxide. Using conductivity-detecting method to detect the amount of Carbon Dioxide. The Total carbon is get under the use of oxidation reactor while detecting the sample in the positive electrode, and the Total inorganic Carbon is get without the use of oxidation reactor while detecting the sample in the negative electrode. And finally, the Total organic carbon equals the difference between the Total carbon and the Total inorganic carbon of the samples. : TOC=TC-TIC.
