Total Organic Carbon Analyzer, TOC-1000B TOC analyzer

TOC-1000B is a computerized, high sensitivity  TOC analyzer. It is used to detect the TOC concentration in purified water, water for injection （WFI） and ultra-purified water. It can display many parameters such as TC, conductivity, Detection lot No., Running mode etc. What’s more, it has the online monitor function.

The shortest analyzing interval time is 10 second, while the fastest online detecting time is 10 minutes. The history records are displayed in graphic which could visually show the change of TOC and conductivity.
The working principle is to oxidize the organic matters by UV lamp and convert them into CO2. Then adopts conductivity detection method to detect the concentration of CO2.  After detecting the TC (Total Carbon) and TIC (Total Inorganic Carbon), we can get the TOC (Total Organic Carbon) in the water sample. TOC= TC-TIC.
