● Screen display: The model has two 5.7 "displays
Configuration optional: A. Super high bright field display, display clearly in light and low light environment. B. All digital, true color display. Can select background color and set brightness freely according to the environment, leading domestic application technology.
●Operation interface: The use of man-machine dialogue (all Chinese) way, functional display window and the menu operation make it modern and practical. Two dialogue modes keys and knobs make operation more quickly and easily.
● Process selection: Turn on the detector into instrument test state and press the process selection key to do process selection and select the current using process, and the upper right corner of the display will show the use of the process diagram, and the instrument get into process test state, then the flaw detection begins.
● Flaw detection process: Set the detection process of testing parts in the instruments in the form of software. When do flaw detection, the instrument automatically call out the process to use. With 50 groups of quick selection of inspection parameters channels, pre-tune various types of probe and instrument combination parameters and freely set industry testing standards, it’s easy to storage, call out, re-inspection, print, communicate and transmit.
● Flaw detection intelligence: The operator simply needs to connect the probe, press the process selection key to select process. The instrument can automatically call up the corresponding flaw detection process for testing; do not have to adjust the parameters of process control instrument, so the instrument has strong flaw detection intelligence. The automatic gain improves the detection speed. Power-down protection makes the stored data safe.
● Process calibration: Automatically completes measurement and setting of parameters such as speed of sound, incident zero point, refraction angle (K value), probe leading edge, distance volatility curve and other parameters.
● Detection method: Positive half-wave, negative half-wave, full-wave detection and RF echo.
● Data storage: With testing process, project documents and crack reports three types of data storage and playback function. 1000 flaw echo signal and data storage achieve storage, read out browsing, single printing, continuous printing and communication transmission of computer management. You can also print flaw reports directly. Track and store real-time flaw detection date and time.
● Data communication: High-speed USB and RS232 two kinds of interfaces connected with computer to transfer waveform, graphics and files, achieving the computer data management of flaw result.
● Portable and practical: With AC and DC integrated power, high performance and environmental protection Lithium battery-power, modular plug-in, the instrument can work in the battery power supply for more than 6 hours. Its small size, light weight and low power consumption suit for field flaw detection.
● Flaw detection function
Gate adjustment: Can be used for single and double gate inspection. The gate can be free to move, compression and broadening, the gate peak reading
Automatic gain: Make the maximum wave within the gate automatically gain to the set height and improve the detection speed.
Peak memory: Real-time detect the highest flaw wave in the gate, marking the maximum value of the calibration defect to improve the detection accuracy.
Peak envelope: Retain the echo peak motion trajectory. Qualify the flaw through envelope waveform and artificial experience judgment.
Dynamic recording: Detecting real-time dynamic, recording waveform, storage and playback
Defect location: Real-time display the level value L, depth value H, sound value S
Defect Quantitative: Real-time display SL Quantitative Value
Curve correction: Inspect curve surface of work piece, and the conversion of correction curvature
