1. Main Usage
XAY-EA3000 fluorescence calcium ferrum analyzer is a new type of microcomputer-based desktop equipment adopting pure physical analysis method, used for cement plant, which can quickly analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in the material for 30S, providing the data in time for ingredients control. Due to its fast analysis speed (30 seconds), so it can monitor the condition of composition change in production process in real time, facilitating timely to adjust the ratio of raw materials, laying a solid foundation for producing qualified clinker and cement. At the same time it can be used to analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in limestone, clay, iron powder, fly ash, coal gangue ,and so on, providing quality data for factory raw materials. It also could be used to analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe2O3 in various occasions, such as
lime plant, mines, power plants, bricks and tiles plant and other industries.
