1. Main Usage
EA-XF3300 X- fluorescence sulfur calcium and ferrum analyzer could be applied in building material, thermoelectricity, mine, plaster, coal, etc, can quickly analyze the percentage content of SO3 ,CaO and Fe2O3 in the material . Due to its fast analysis, it is already widely used in cement industry. It could monitor real time the change condition of these three Ingredients in production process, so as to adjust raw material ratio in time, laying a solid foundation for producing qualified raw material, clinker, cement. It is used in
thermal power plant, which could detect the calcium content in limestone used in
desulfurization, identify the quality of factory raw material; Detect the sulfur content
in desulfurization ash, identify desulfurization effects; Could detect total sulfur content
of factory coal.
2. Main Feature
1) Analysis range reaches to 15% width, which breaks the only 5%-7% measuring range of same type instrument in many year.
2) Short analysis time, percentage content of SO3 , CaO is given in 30S,
estimate the mixing amount of in the cement.
